Il vise \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter les connaissances sur l\u2019utilisation par les oiseaux marins ou migrateurs de l\u2019arc Atlantique (de la Manche\/mer du Nord au golfe de Gascogne). Et ce, dans le but de formuler des recommandations face aux nouveaux usages tels que les projets d\u2019\u00e9oliennes en mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment contribue l\u2019imagerie num\u00e9rique ? <\/strong><br>Avec notre syst\u00e8me Stormm, con\u00e7u en collaboration avec l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/vitrine-innovation.campusinnov.fr\/innovation\/34-STORMM\">Observatoire PELAGIS<\/a>, nous assurons les campagnes en mer par avion aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/ecosphere.fr\/\">\u00c9cosph\u00e8re<\/a>, notre partenaire dans ce projet (pour le volet \u00ab\u00a0suivis a\u00e9riens\u00a0\u00bb de Migratlane). Concr\u00e8tement, nous d\u00e9ployons le syst\u00e8me Stormm d\u2019acquisition d\u2019images a\u00e9riennes \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute r\u00e9solution sur 4 sites et nous assurons les missions en vol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment sont trait\u00e9es les images et \u00e0 quoi servent-elles ? <\/strong><br>Nous livrons \u00e0 \u00c9cosph\u00e8re : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les images apr\u00e8s un contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 et une d\u00e9tection des observations (mammif\u00e8res marins, oiseaux, poissons, etc.) ; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une interface d\u2019aide \u00e0 l&rsquo;analyse experte de ces observations, utilis\u00e9e par les \u00e9cologues pour l&rsquo;identification des esp\u00e8ces et le renseignement d&rsquo;informations compl\u00e9mentaires. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ces donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;observation sont ensuite utilis\u00e9es pour produire des cartes et statistiques de pr\u00e9sence sur les oiseaux et mammif\u00e8res marins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Et la suite ? <\/strong><br>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cefe.cnrs.fr\/fr\/\">Centre d&rsquo;\u00e9cologie fonctionnelle et \u00e9volutive<\/a> (CEFE) se chargera, dans le cadre du volet \u00ab\u00a0Analyses combin\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb de Migratlane, de mod\u00e9liser la pr\u00e9sence des esp\u00e8ces \u00e0 partir de l\u2019analyse globale des donn\u00e9es (nos donn\u00e9es a\u00e9riennes, mais aussi d\u2019autres sources de donn\u00e9es, comme par exemple des donn\u00e9es acoustiques ou radars).
